Using this site
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site describes a product that is still in development. It doesn't list live deals or prices, and you can't create an account or buy anything here. Features described on the site are plans and may change before launch. The example deal on the home page is an illustration, not a real offer.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn't guarantee access to testing, a place in line or a launch date. We may invite people in any order.
- Sign up only with an email address you control, and only for yourself.
- Don't use scripts or bots to sign up. We may remove entries that look automated, fraudulent or abusive.
- You can leave at any time by emailing hello@savebucks.com. The privacy notice explains how we handle your email.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and don't use the site to break the law or to harm others.
Our content and brand
The Savebucks name, the receipt mark, and the site's design and text belong to Savebucks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Savebucks without any obligation to you.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Savebucks is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms as Savebucks gets closer to launch. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top.
Governing law
The governing law and venue for these terms will be confirmed before launch.
